Hillside’s Talent Acquisition Leader plays an essential role in building our highly effective teams. The right fit for this position has a passion for talent acquisition architecture, operational effectiveness, continuous improvement and simplification. They’re comfortable working closely with management throughout the organization to understand current and future workforce needs; assess external labor market conditions; and develop recruiting channels and methods that are appropriate, effective and economical.
This highly visible and business-critical role leads a team of five recruiters, and partners with leadership in managing the full cycle recruitment process and developing and implementing new sourcing strategies that encourage diversity and inclusion. The position reports directly to Hillside’s Chief HR Officer.
