**THIS MEETING IS A VIRTUAL MEETING - LINKS WILL BE SENT OUT PRIOR TO THE EVENT**
With COVID-19 vaccines available and in full distribution across the country, we are beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Employers are making preparations for returning employees back to the workplace. Essential workers have been on the frontlines since the beginning. What’s changed?
With new and updated legislation passed, employers are looking at total rewards and HR technology through multiple lenses. Planning decisions are even more complex. Although we continue to adapt and move through the challenges, a new approach to the employee experience is warranted.
Join Gallagher’s Human Resources and Compensation Consulting team to review highlights from Gallagher’s 2021 National Benefits Strategy and Benchmarking and COVID-19 Pulse Surveys along with emerging HR and technology trends and considerations to step into 2022 with confidence
By the end of this session, participants will:
• Have a greater understanding of new considerations in Total Rewards and HR technology planning as a result of the pandemic.
• Learn and expand your HR toolkit with data and insights to create a flexible rewards strategy.
• Learn best practices in order to optimize the use of your HR technology.
• Learn how to reset and strategically define the best path forward for your organization as we return to the workplace.
