The Savvy HR Leaders’ Guide to Their Role in Business Performance

 

As a Human Resource leader, you can make a critical contribution to your organization by leading the charge for greater performance by increasing leadership capability and aligning culture (organizational gravity) with business initiatives.  Link leadership and culture development to business performance so both are recognized as essential business drivers, with the associated organizational focus and investment. These sophisticated HR practices can be a key source of competitive advantage.

 

By the end of this session, participants will:

  • Learn how to lead the cultural change and leadership charge most effectively, and gain the credibility to act as an internal advisor to the executive team
  • Understand how to become even more influential and valuable to your organization
  • Learn the New Requirements for Human Resource leaders
  • Begin to  develop a take-away plan for your own organization

 

Presenter:  Barbara Osterman

Barbara Osterman, president, is a cutting-edge entrepreneur, a former telecommunications executive, and a veteran of personal change. She left a lucrative corporate career to form Human Solutions LLC, an executive coaching and leadership development firm, 16 years ago. From her experience, she understands what it is to sit in an executive seat, and understands the human dynamics that shape our work and the use of those dynamics to improve performance and satisfaction.

 

Human Solutions supports organizations in increasing business performance and results, by successfully weaving business initiatives, leadership development and cultural transformation. Human Solutions works with executives to advance their businesses by honing their leadership skills and creating an environment for people to excel.
