PROGRAM:

Courageous Communication: Key Strategies for Excellent Leadership

Leaders and organizations that succeed over the long run have a few key communication strategies in common that distinguish them from others. Over the past two decades, numerous case studies across industries reveal the four top communication strategies that excellent leaders use and the most common communication problems great leaders avoid. These strategies help create:

  • More innovation and collaboration
  • More agile adjustments to clients' changing needs
  • More initiative from employees
  • More effective change management
  • More loyal customers
  • A more satisfying workplace culture for all

Alex Lyon's presentations blend the latest research with practical, professional experience. His presentations engage audiences with an interactive style and provide concrete, real-world examples and case studies to illustrate his points. The presentation is useful for Human Resource professionals because the content is all driven at leaders’ ability to bring out the best in their people and to create a better culture.

By the end of this session, participants will learn:

·         Collaborative Communication Strategies

·         Upward Communication Strategies

·         Transparent Communication Strategies

·         Engaging Communication Strategies
