Rich Dec, a Senior Consultant at Great Places to Work® Institute will be joining us this year to give our morning discussion. Rich has 16 years of experience working with clients to drive sustainable results and meaningful change.  His areas of expertise and passion encompass Cultural Change, Operational Excellence, Change Management, Continuous Process Improvement, Coaching, and Supply Chain Transformations.  He has worked across the pharmaceutical, retail, consumer products, and energy sectors.  His major clients include:  Pfizer, Best Buy, The Home Depot, Lacoste, Polo.com, ConocoPhillips, Barnes & Noble, Family Dollar, VF Corp, Loblaw, and Cenovus Energy.  Rich has a B.S. in Operations Research & Industrial Engineering from Cornell University.
